The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line four, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:
On page two, subsection 8.4, by striking out the subsection heading 'Disposition of Complaints' and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection 8.4 heading to read 'Complaints';
On page two, subdivision 4.5, after the words 'licensee or permittee' by striking out the word 'shall' and inserting in lieu thereof the word 'may';
On page three, subdivision 4.16, at the end of the subdivision paragraph by striking out the word 'following' and inserting in lieu thereof the word 'facility';
On page four, subdivision 4.22, at the end of the sentence, after the Code of State Rules reference '3CSR' by inserting the number '12.'; and
On page four, subsection 8.5, by striking out the subsection heading 'Contested Case Hearings' and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection 8.5 heading to read 'Nonrenewal.'"
